Our forge masters can design a unique Shield Maiden stand to accommodate your specific liquid cooling radiator and tubing. How long does it take to receive my order? What is the production/shipping timeframe?
Each Shield Maiden GPU stand is meticulously handcrafted to order by our forge masters. Please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order is shipped. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but typically range from 3-5 business days within the US 7-14 business days for international orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
What is your return policy?
We stand firmly behind the handcrafted quality of Shield Maiden GPU stands. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@shieldmaiden.store within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss a return or exchange.
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of each Shield Maiden creation, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects. This policy covers issues such as:
* Significantly flawed or damaged wood finish upon arrival (not minor natural wood grain variations).
* Structural instability or breakage due to manufacturing error.
* Non-functional PCIe riser cable due to a manufacturing fault.
